Rob Dee Painting & More worked on two of the three townhouses in this professionally renovated 13,850 SF brick mansion complex originally designed by Ernest M. A. Machado of Boston. The building was built in 1907 for Charles B. Clarke, Mayor of Portland, Maine and treasurer of Burnham & Morrill Co. Later, James P. Baxter, Jr. and another prominent Portland citizens occupied the mansion.
